Research interests
The combustion aerosol, a dynamic system of both particles and gases, affected by both emissions, chemistry, aerosol physics and meteorology, is in focus. Traffic emissions of ultrafine particles, i.e. below 100 nm in diameter, have been quantified by a new method. Both experimental methods and modelling tools are used in this research, at present focus is onto theoretical methods.
